Take the simple Passion test and bring passion into your life. Remember that "passion is a journey, not a destination. Choose passion every day and you will live a passionate life."

The Passion Test by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood tells primarily Janet's story of learning what her true passions were and how these passions can bring joy and energy into her life. By living a passionate life, you can live a life that is full of the most important things to you and be more joyful and fulfilled every day.

This may sound like what a lot of books are offering these days, but The Passion Test delivers in simple exercises that you can do in just a few hours and then practice every day for a few minutes.

First you need to discover what your passions are in your life. This begins by writing them down and sorting the list based on what is most important to you. But keep track of which are your passions and which are goals. "Passions are how you live your life. Goals are things you can achieve."

With your list of what's most important, then you can begin to make that happen. Using the basic rule that what you focus on grows, the idea here is to focus on what you want to have in your life, which is presumable what you are most passionate about. These simple, daily exercises can help you focus on what you want.

I was amazed reading this book how simple the process was to really uncover what was most important to me. I am equally amazed at the easy exercises to bring them into my life. Just as Lunar Reflections talks about abundance being a perception shift that you need to focus on, this book mirrors those ideas with respect to what you're passionate about.

Take the simple test and allow yourself to bring passion into your life. Remember that "passion is a journey, not a destination. Choose passion every day and you will life a passionate life."
